Based on what I stated above, we can conclude that a professional woman feels isolated and burdened by her simultaneous demands of new aspirations and traditional ways of life. Furthermore, women face discrimination in all spheres of life. Last, but not least, women are subjugated, dominated, and exploited both at work and home.

Modernity and technology have advanced the age. Therefore, we cannot keep suppressing women's rights and limiting their employment opportunities. Women are also capable and strong enough to do the work they desire. We must also respect working women. Don't take advantage of them. As a man, we are supposed to be their savior instead of ruining and degrading their dignity.

Women who want to work and become independent should be supported by their families without criticism. By working, she is empowered to make wise decisions. Making women a part of the workforce is beneficial not only for the organization but also for society. Men and women complement each other, so when these two workforces work together a better result will be produced for sure. Having a purpose in life makes them understand that they have a life beyond motherhood and playing a good wife. A woman should work for the betterment of herself, her satisfaction, and happiness.
